A few words about the founders of The Fine Arts Ensemble: Dimitri is a cellist in the Louisiana Philharmonic, a professional orchestral musician. He has pursued an active career in performance, playing both a soloist,and as a member of many orchestral and chamber ensembles in Europe, Asia, and North America. His travels have taken him to, among other places, Barcelona, Istanbul, Geneva, Nice, Milan, Rome and Seoul. Dr. Vychko has several recordings of modern and classical repertoire.
Irina is distinguished pianist and Professional Piano Accompanist, performing on both piano and organ. She accompanies for concert productions at several universities, and is the organist for Christ Episcopal Church in Slidell, LA. Additionally, she teaches piano students of every level at Ursuline Academy of New Orleans.
Both Dimitri and Irina hold Master’s and Doctoral Degrees in Music Performance and members of AFM and MTNA – professional music organizations.
